Our core values did not come from a marketing firm or someone outside of our business. They are meant to be the core personal and professional beliefs of those at SouthernCarlson. Amongst others, these are the key values that guide our behavior and decisions both internally and externally. They key to all of these is the fact that they apply universally to the way we treat our coworkers, vendors and customers alike. We make no distinction between who has the problem, we exist to solve that problem by providing fanatical service, with utmost urgency, in order to build trust and long term relationships while continuously improving all the time.
Fanatical Service
Fanatical service is the cornerstone of our organization. Everyone talks about service, but not everyone truly understands its importance. Fanatical service isn't a tagline. It's a mindset that applies to everything we do both internally and externally. It is a natural desire to solve someone's problem like it is your own, deliver a better solution then expected, faster than required, and never stop striving to be someone else's hero.
Urgency
Urgency is the key requirement in our industry both internally and externally. Every second counts. Urgency isn't an option, choice or possibility. Urgency is the bare minimum ingredient of everything we do in a service environment. Whether it's a delivery, product search, plant install, takeoff, quote, answer to a question or any other function of our business...urgency is not the option but the requirement.
Trust
We strive for long term relationships with our customers, vendors and employees. This is not possible without trust. Trust is the foundation on which every relationship is built and the also the key to long term success for all. We must always earn trust and never take it for granted.
Continous Improvement
We must never be content with where we are. We must always strive to improve our service, our knowledge, our experience, our relationships, and every part of ourselves. A better company delivers better service. We must always find ways to improve everything we do continuously. This is a journey that can not have an end.
